Dena Parker's husband Patrick has been living as a quadraplegic since August 29, 2001 when his pickup rolled over. Even though he was belted, the roof of his truck crushed into him. The petition above, written by Dena Parker, will be delivered to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and Congress and posted on Public Citizen's website and urges them to improve auto safety standards and consumer education about defects and risks.

Dena invites you to sign on to the petition to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration asking that willful neglect by auto manufacturers be penalized.
