Celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Seattle Protests that Shut Down the WTO: Host a House Party!

On November 30th, trade ministers from across the globe will meet in Geneva, Switzerland in an attempt to expand the WTO’s destructive corporate agenda. That date is ten years to the day of the successful Seattle protests that shut down the WTO talks.

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Seattle protests, we're helping folks organize house parties across the country on November 17th and 18th. Sign up to organize one and we’ll send you a copy of the film Battle in Seattle starring Charlize Theron and Andre 3000, and an action kit that includes a short video with exciting Seattle protest footage produced by the United Steelworkers, to show your friends and neighbors. We’ll also include a call to action so that your friends and neighbors can remind President Obama about his trade reform commitments and the incredible citizen victory that happened in Seattle 10 years ago.

To get started organizing a house party, just fill out the form below! Please be sure to also add your phone number in the body of your message. We'll get back to you ASAP with more details.
