Tell the Senate: Keep insurance companies out of my state's business!

The Republican leadership is using deceptive tactics to convince your senator to vote for    S. 1955, the small business health plan bill that threatens to rob those who are insured of meaningful protection by giving insurance companies a veto over progressive state insurance laws.

A vote on cloture -- meaning a vote to end a threatened Democratic filibuster of the bill -- is coming up as soon as this afternoon. Tell your senator now to oppose S. 1955!

To do so, you can either send the (editable) letter below (don't forget to add your own words and thoughts!), or you can call the Senate switchboard at 1-888-355-3588 and ask for your senator.
