Tell Miami-Dade Officials To Do Their Jobs And Demand 127 Thousand Petition Signatures Be Counted

Mayor Carlos Gimenez and county commissioners have refused to order the supervisor of elections to begin counting the 127 thousand signatures collected for the Accountable Miami-Dade ballot initiative.

Accountable Miami-Dade would increase accountability, limit the power of moneyed interests and give ordinary people a stronger voice in county policymaking.

Not counting these signatures goes against the will of the people and violates county law.

Take Action Now by Demanding 127 Thousand Petition Signatures Be Counted Immediately

By taking action, you’ll send an email to Mayor Gimenez and the county commissioners who are refusing to move on this crucial signature count. We encourage you to add your own words to the email message that appears.
