Demand that the Agency Put the People of Texas and the Environment First

As part of the Sunset Advisory Commission review of the Railroad Commission of Texas, public input is being sought. One part of that is a public hearing to gather input from everyday Texans. We need your help to improve the Railroad Commission – which regulates oil, gas and coal companies, not railroads.

The agency has a long record of allowing fossil fuel industries to pollute our air, land and water with little or no consequences. Public health has suffered and our natural resources have been destroyed.

It’s time for change.
