Tell the Government to Disclose How Much EpiPen Maker Mylan Ripped Off US Taxpayers

The U.S. Department of Justice took Mylan to task for overcharging the government for EpiPens — and now Mylan has agreed to pay $465 million to settle the dispute.

That might sound like a hefty fine, there’s one MAJOR problem: The government has not disclosed how much it was overcharged!

We, the undersigned, call on the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to disclose how much taxpayer-funded programs like Medicare and Medicaid were overcharged for Mylan’s EpiPens.
