New York: Help Ensure Early Voting Passes This Week

Governor Andrew Cuomo and State Senate Majority Leader John Flanagan have a major say in whether New York will pass early voting before the legislative session ends this Wednesday.

In 2016, New York was 41st in the nation in voter turnout. Early voting would proactively address our defunct democracy by making it easier for New Yorkers to vote.

Here’s how easy it is to call Governor Cuomo and State Senate Majority Leader Flanagan:

1. Dial 518-474-8390 for Cuomo and 518-455-2071 for Flanagan.

2. Then say this: “Hello, my name is [ ] and I am a New Yorker who is angry about New York’s abysmal voter turnout in recent elections. I am calling to ensure that early voting is passed this week and that our democracy is reformed so that our elections reflect the will of the people. Thank you for your time.”
