Denver’s OCCUPY THE COURTS action will begin at 11:30 AM with a rally on the west steps of the State Capitol, followed by a march down the 16th Street Mall, to the U.S. Court of Appeals building at 18th & Stout, and where we will deliver a huge, signed copy of “The MOVE TO AMEND Amendment” a people-written Amendment to the Constitution, that really will end “Corporate Personhood” get the corporate money out of politics once and for all! There will be a debriefing after party at 2:00 PM at the Mercury Cafe 2199 California Street Denver, CO 80205 303-294-9258. Occupy the Courts will be a one day occupation of Federal courthouses across the country, including the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, D.C., on Friday January 20, 2012. We will lead the charge on the judiciary which created — and continues to expand — corporate personhood rights. Americans across the country are on the march, and they are marching OUR way. They carry signs that say, “Corporations are NOT people! Money is NOT Speech!” And they are chanting those truths at the top of their lungs! The time has come to make these truths evident to the courts.
