SAVANNAH, GA: Occupy the Courts

9:30: meet at Emmet Park 10:00: march to courthouse At the courthouse there will be speakers and a skit, and we will ask city leaders to pass a resolution along the line of the resolutions passed in LA and NYC. We will march from Bay & Abercorn Streets at 9:30 AM to a rally from 11AM to 12:30 at Wright Square - just across the street from the federal court house. If you can, please wear red, white and blue. Occupy the Courts will be a one day occupation of Federal courthouses across the country, including the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, D.C., on Friday January 20, 2012. We will lead the charge on the judiciary which created — and continues to expand — corporate personhood rights. Americans across the country are on the march, and they are marching OUR way. They carry signs that say, “Corporations are NOT people! Money is NOT Speech!” And they are chanting those truths at the top of their lungs! The time has come to make these truths evident to the courts.
