Delray Beach FL City Commission Meeting: Speak out for a resolution to ban corporate personhood via an amendment to the US Const

Join others around the nation for "Resolutions Week". In defense of our democracy, we are asking our local governments to support a resolution to amend the US constitution to ban corporate personhood . The 2010 Citizen's United supreme court decision has allowed corporations to control elections and more. Please join us to speak out in Delray at the City Commission meeting. All Commission members have recieved letters both by email and hand delivered , copies of a sample resolution and a personal request from me at the May 1st commission meeting asking for them to support such a resolution but none have responded. i promised them a followup so let's join together to make a louder voice This is supposed to be our democracy. Let's ask our local elected officials to help defend it. The city of Tampa has already passed a resolution along with many other municipalities across the US as has the State of Vermont.
