Join supporters of Constitutional amendment at Ventura County Board of Supervisors meeting
The Ventura County Board of Supervisors (the county level equivalent of a city council) will be considering a resolution that supports a Constitutional amendment ending "corporate personhood" and establishing that money is not "free speech." The more people we have in the audience who will stand to show support after our public comments, the better the chance that this resolution will pass. This will be a short but important meeting - this agenda item is scheduled for 9:15 to 9:45 am on Tuesday, June 12th. Contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information and directions. You can make a difference by showing undecided Board members how important this issue is to the general public!
