Our country is facing its worst economic crisis since the Great Depression. AIG, an insurance giant, recently received $123 billion of taxpayers' money to rescue it from bankruptcy. But even though AIG executives knew their company was in danger of going broke, they continued the party, leaving taxpayers to deal with the hangover.
This is despicable! Just days after the government announced an $85 billion loan to the company in September, AIG decided to pay for a $444,000 week-long retreat at a posh California resort for its top-performing insurance agents.
And that's not all. Earlier this month, as AIG asked for an additional $38 billion loan, its executives traveled by private jet to go partridge hunting in England, costing $90,000.
We cannot allow AIG to get away with this. Act now and tell AIG you deserve a refund, and then tell at least five of your friends to do the same!

The public will not tolerate unconscionable compensation for A.I.G. executives. A.I.G. will hear more from the citizenry (we outumber them). We will, one way or another, through protest and pressure, through collective action, ensure that AIG bears a cost for unethical practices that are wildly out of line with reality as the rest of the country experiences it.

I ,for one, did not give four years of my life to keep this country free so the likes of you could trample my hopes for retirement and enjoying my latter years trying to reap the fruits of my labors. I do not wish to be a shameless parasite on my fellow countrymens already overburdened tax load. Earn your own way or perish at your own failure to run a business responsibly!!!!

I support this petition with all my heart. I am disgusted with A.I.G. giving out these bonuses while the rest of the country is suffering. People are losing their money, jobs, homes etc and you're just giving millions away in bonuses to "assure that corprate executives will stay and fix the problem". It also angers me that you're asking for another bailout when didn't even need one in the first place.
BOTTOM LINE: A.I.G, I WANT YOU TO GIVE BACK EVERY PENNY THAT YOU TOOK FROM MY FAMILY BECAUSE THEY ARE STRUGGLING FINACIALLY BECAUSE YOU AHOLES DIDN'T USE THEIR MONEY PROPERLY( SPA TRIPS, JETS).

A.I.G. you make me sick. We are in the midst of a depression, people are losing their jobs, homes, lives and you are living it up on our dime. 165 million in "retention payments" 52 million of which went to people who don't even work for you anymore?!
I WANT MY REFUND AND THEN I WANT TO SEE YOU CORPORATE BASTARDS LOCKED UP IN JAIL.

Now you have the nerve to give out 165 million in bonuses, to the people who caused the problems to begin with. You did not deserve a bailout.

The people in charge of the bailout money including MR.LIDDY have squandered millions for executive bonuses against their previous word and have thus disrespected the entire population. Unless you correct your greedy, selfish, thieving spending mistake , the confidence in AIG will be forever destroyed and you';; be doomed to fail anyways. You will pay in the end if you don't do the right thing now. KARMA'S A BITCH.

I've just heard that AIG has decided to reward $165 million in bonuses to the financial products unit. The greed and rapacity of your company is staggering. In Japan, the executives responsible for the housing bubble went on TV and publicly apologized and asked their countrymen for forgiveness.
Not only have you not apologized, but you argue that your employees are the best and the brightest. I think you're all marching morons for not seeing what was clearly in front of your faces, and for utterly overlevaging your company. You're not even worth being spat on. You're utterly contemptible.

You make nothing out of nothing. You produce nothing but paper and more paper and attempt to defraud your clients by refusal to cover just about anything you can get away with. How can you live with yourselves, let alone REWARD yourselves? At our expense?
